CÓMO LIMPIAR MIS BROCHAS Y PINCELES DE MAQUILLAJE - HOW TO CLEAN MY BRUSHES

   Habrás oído muchas veces eso de que una buena brocha de maquillaje, si la cuidas bien, te puede durar toda la vida. Pero...¿Sabes cuidarla bien?

   Lo más importante...¿Cómo limpiarlas?

Depende del tipo de pelo tenga.

Brochas de pelo sintético: Suelen utilizarse para aplicar texturas cremosas como bases o fondos de maquillajes, correctores de ojeras, barras de labios...

 LIMPIEZA DE BROCHAS DE PELO SINTÉTICO

1º Echa una pequeña cantidad de aceite (puede ser de oliva o de bebé) en un cuenco, y mueve la brocha  como si estuvieras pintando con ella; se irán desprendiendo todos los restos de productos.

 2º Cuando ya no suelte más, seca la brocha con un tisú, para absorber con este todo el aceite posible.

 

 3º Introduce el pelo de la brocha en un poco de alcohol que habrás puesto en otro pequeño cuenco. La brocha desprenderá entonces los restos de aceite, y estará totalmente limpia y desinfectada.

 

4º Seca con un tisú el alcohol. Aunque es inevitable que se moje algo la virola de la brocha (parte normalmente metálica que une el mango con el pelo), sería preferible que esto sucediera lo menos posible, para evitar que el pegamento que une las partes de la brocha dejara de hacer su función.

 

Brochas de pelo natural: Siempre que se hayan utilizado para aplicar productos en polvo.

 

LIMPIEZA DE BROCHAS DE PELO NATURAL

 

1º Con un jabón neutro (son ideales los de bebés). Coloca el pelo de la brocha boca abajo, y lávalo con cuidado con el jabón y agua tibia, procurando no separar demasiado los pelos y aclárala muy bien. Al igual que en las brochas de pelo sintético, aunque es inevitable que se moje algo la virola de la brocha (parte normalmente metálica que une el mango con el pelo), sería preferible que esto sucediera lo menos posible, para evitar que el pegamento que une las partes de la brocha dejara de hacer su función.

 

  2º Si has utilizado la brocha con otras personas,  has tenido recientemente algún herpes o calentura, o sencillamente quieres estar segura de que tus brochas y pinceles están perfectamente desinfectados y libres de gérmenes, echa una pequeña cantidad de alcohol e impregna el pelo en él.

 

 3º Sécalo con un tisú y déjalo en posición horizontal hasta que no tenga ningún resto de humedad.

-Lo ideal es dejarlas secar cómo ves en la fotografía, para evitar que la brocha cambie de forma.

-No las seques nunca con secador ni las pongas encima de una calefacción, ten paciencia y espera que se sequen a temperatura ambiente.

-No las utilices hasta que estén sin ningún resto de humedad.

 HOW TO CLEAN SYNTHETICS HAIR BRUSHES

1º Take a small amount of oil (olive or baby oil), in a bowl, and move the brush as if you were painting with it, and all the rest of products will desappear.

2º when it won´t release mor, dry the brush with a tissue, to absorb with all the oil as possible.
 
3º Put the hair of the brush in a little bit of alcohol that you poured in another small bowl. The brush will divest the traces of oil and it will be completely clean and disinfected.

4º Dry with a tisuue the alcohol. Although it is inevitable that something get wet the ferrule of the brush (usually metal part that connects the handle with the hair) it would be preferable this to happen as little as possible to avoid the glue that binds the parties of the brush will no longer make its function.

                      Natural hair brushes:
 Always have been used to apply powder products.

HOW TO CLEAN NATURAL HAIR BRUSHES

1º With a neutral soap (are ideal for babies). Put the hair of the brush upside down, and wash it gently with soap and warm water, being careful not to separate too the hairs and wash it very well. As in the synthetic hair brushes, although it is inevitable that will get wet the ferrule of the brush (usually metal part that connects the handle with the hair), it would be preferable for this to happen as little as possible, to prevent that the glue that binds the parties of the brush will no longer make its function.

2º If you have used the paintbrush with other people, you've recently had some herpes, or simply want to be sure that your brushes are perfectly disinfected and free of germs, take a small amount of alcohol and soak the hair in it.

3º Dry it out with a soft tissue and leave it in a horizontal position until it has no longer any remaining moisture.

Ideally let them dry as you can see in the photo, to avoid the brush changing of shape.

Never dry them with a hair dryer or put them on top of a heating, take your time and expect them to dry at room temperature

Do not use them until they are without any remaining moisture.
